Season opener of Window on Nature, September 16 at the Natural History Institute.
Event
Join us on Tuesday September 16th, at 6:30pm to meet and greet. The talk will begin at 7pm.
The 2025–2026 Window on Nature season opens with a presentation by Eric Moore, sharing stories and photographs from his recent trip to Cuba. The birds of the Caribbean include both familiar U.S. species that winter in the region as well as species found only on specific islands. Cuba is home to 27–30 endemic species, including the Bee Hummingbird-the world’s smallest bird-and the colorful Cuban Trogon. Free to the entire community, at the Natural History Institute.
